10. Poveglia Island, Italy – Poveglia takes 10^th position in the list of haunted places in world. It is a small or tiny island situated between Venice and Lido province in northern Italy. This island divided by a small canal into two separate parts. About 100 years ago, it was a quarantine station for those peoples who were suffering from a disease called plague. Later, a mental asylum was built here but the patients and the doctors saw some paranormal activities due to this reason this mental asylum closed in 1968 and island has been vacant since. According to national geographic report, 160000 peoples died here and also buried here.  Now, this island is totally abandoned. This island is full of ghosts and cursed with some unhealthy spirits. 8. Hell Fire Club, Ireland – It takes 8th position in the list of top 10 most haunted places in world. This club is situated in Montpelier Hill in Dublin, Ireland. It is built by William Conally in 1925. The Hell Fire Club was a hunting lodge. This building was built by stones of some graves or burial that’s why some paranormal or supernatural activities happens here. Now, this lodge used to small worship or black magic by small groups of Dublin elites. Many visitors saw here black cat and black creature after some time it will be disappear. In the time of Halloween, it is good place for ghost visitors. The Hell fire club is a stopping point on a walking trail through the Dublin hills.
